Return Policies

Store Return Policy:

Items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Returns or exchanges will be issued as store credit, which are valid for 5 years.

We do not accept returns for cash refund or credit refund. 

Our return policy is relative to how our artists are compensated for their work. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Online Return Policy:

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed from the date delivered, we can’t accept an exchange or return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Some health and personal care items such as soaps and lotions.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial return credit is granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Sale items
Any item discounted 30% or more is considered final sale, and may not be returned for exchange or store credit.

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at info@artiquegallery.com and send your item to: Artique Gallery 3555 Nicholasville Road #921 Lexington, KY 40503.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your exchange credit.

Shipping charges for any defective item will be paid by Artique.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your protection. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
